Arithmetic Operators can be used effectively to refine our results.
Some examples are
+ Operator
This can be used to search a specific keyword in the specific site.
(E.g.) ftp +www.microsoft.com
This will return the result that contains the specified site as the first url.
- Operator
This operator can be used to return the result except the specified site.
(E.g.) ftp -www.microsoft.com
This will return the search pages except the microsoft.com
INURL
This keyword is used to display the result page in which all the urls will contain the specified word that is mentioned in the search box.
(E.g.) inurl:google
Will display the search page in which all the URL’s will contain the word Google.
AllINURL
(E.g.) allinurl:yahoo
INTEXT
This keyword can be used to display the search page with the specified search word in the title.
(E.g.) intext:anna university
ALLINTEXT
Performs the same operation like intext, but in a more specified manner.
(E.g.) allintext:anna university
CACHE
GOOGLE will cache all the visited pages and displays the text pages of cached site. This keyword is used to display all pages that are related to single website. Gives information about the site such as cached page, links etc... Gives the result page with sites that are having link to the specified site Date keyword is used to find the websites that are added recently to particular site

3 --> represents the month, it should be in the range of multiples of 3
